What is Conscious Breathwork? 

Conscious Breathwork is a simple yet profound and transformative technique that clears energy within the physical, emotional and energetic bodies to reveal the inner pathways of Self. Journeying inwards with the Breath as your Guide, we open and clear the pathways to health and wellbeing on all levels, while exploring the energetic matrix of your body, beliefs, emotions, and non-physical realms. Each breath becomes a powerful key to the awareness of your reality and who you are in your Life.

Who are the facilitators?

Facilitators Kylee Dawn, Corinne Cornish, Trevor Yelich, and Trevor Uruski offer their expertise with energy, body, and sound healing to assist and support breathers in their journey. Facilitation includes the use of bodywork, movement, toning, affirmations, and invocations to offer a fully supportive experience.

What can I expect?

Intentional electronic soundscapes and the live sonic vibrations of the didgeridoo, medicine drums, shakers, and tibetan bowls support the resolution and integration of old, stagnant energies while providing a deeply nourishing foundation for the journey.

FOR ALL SESSIONS PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING:
  • Pillow
  • Yoga mat or thermarest
  • Blanket (1-2)
  • Clothing for all temp’s – hot & cold
  • If you are asthmatic, please bring inhaler
  • Please come well rested as this will assist in your breath session
